Why does the glass dry streak-free without wiping?

Because the water is purified to zero dissolved minerals. Ordinary tap water leaves marks as it dries — the minerals stay behind on the glass. Pure water has nothing in it to leave behind, so it simply dries clear. That's why we rinse the glass and leave it wet rather than wiping it down.

Do I need to be home?

Usually not. As long as we can reach the windows — side gates unlocked and clear access around the property — we can clean while you're out and let you know when it's done.

What access do you need?

Just a clear path around the building so we can reach the glass from the ground. Because we use water-fed poles rather than ladders or platforms, there's no scaffold, and we can usually work over flower beds, conservatories and extensions without any fuss.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain doesn't spoil a pure-water clean — the glass is left rinsed in water with nothing dissolved in it, so rain has nothing to drag down the pane. We keep working through light showers; if the weather is bad enough to affect the result, we'll rearrange.

How often should windows be cleaned?

Most of our customers choose a regular 4-weekly or 8-weekly visit, which keeps glass, frames and sills consistently clean. One-off cleans are no problem either — many people start with one and then settle into a schedule.
